Sentiment lexicon for depression-specific social media texts (DPR lexicon)

This lexicon is constructed from four general-purpose sentiment lexica and augmented with corpus data obtained from the r/depression subreddit. This lexicon may be used to aid in effective sentiment analysis of social media posts related to experiences surrounding depression. The lexicon may be implemented in a similar fashion to other domain-independent lexica. The sentiment scores of words contained in a document should be added to determine a sentiment score for that document. This lexicon is sensitive for documents related to text specifically concerning depression, but may also be sensitive to co-occurring mental health concerns, such as anxiety.
